I read a beauty blog and I was struck by something. The woman wanted to know if the readers used blotting paper. I thought this was absurd for some as many people I know personally and professionally have cut back on nonessentials like blotting paper, waxing, pedicures, etc.
Many are selling old stuff, never buy anything unless they have too and even then look for used items. The lucky ones in solid jobs with good money are buying items like makeup remover pads which are $6-7. The rest of us are using mineral oil or Vaseline petroleum jelly to save $$$. Vacations are now spent at home, renting movies. Many of us barter to get stuff we want in order to avoid paying full price for new items.
So yes times have changed and with it our view on spending and how much and how often? Drop a line if you are suprised this is how things are in mid 2010?

I am still looking into places for this group as well as lecture space. Seaside Church in Encinitas wont let me lecture until 2011. They are in the midst of much change. I am excited as I move this project forward. Everytime I work on it, I feel a rush of excitement knowing Indigos/Crystals  will develop and the Matrix (the energy field around Earth) that they support will be stronger, higher vibration, and more loving.

Lord Michael and the other angels stressed if you ask how may I serve and do what gives you joy and passion, brings you happiness and is something you love, then  you will invitably find a way to make money doing it. In this very changed economic time, this is the key, people will become known for their talents and skills, and Craiglist and getting listed on Youtube, Twitter and Facebook is one way to let the big world know who you are and why you are so special. Weebly this site and now I hear Yahoo has a free website creation, will help the world know all about you that we should know -like skills, pertinent info like how to contact you for work, email, what you are good at. Do not dismiss yourself.
I have seen many people including myself rise with the help of free publishing to becoming better known and creating a niche all their own and letting the world know what they should like the fact that you make great socks and work 51 weeks of the year and are available 6 days a week. Not the trash talk you see on Twitter and Facebook. That nonsense gets noone nowhere.
On another note, I am planning a Indigo teen group to hang and discuss their issues and learn new ways to grow their skills, work their spiritual path. I am thinking of using my home or a local church. I will keep you posted.

I have been affirming positive statements for 5 years solid now. I affirm things in the AM, on walks with my dog and whenever I can. Its effect has been TREMENDOUS. The following story will demonstrate why and how. I have been donating and selling items to make money. The concept of getting rid of clutter and creating space so the divine can enter your space to give guidance is important to me. Also, nothing is to be wasted in my mind. Clothes, books, food, whatever.
 I recently parted with a ring that is sentimental to me and special meaning but I never wore it, it was too large for me. I finally sold it yesterday.
Today I went shopping. As I was unpacking the silverware, something came flying out at me. Surprised, I looked to see what it was. Shocked but happy, and ecstatic, I realized it was a ladybug ring, it fit me exactly and had a carnelian stone. Here is the scary part. I have been contemplating getting a ladybug luckycharm but couldn't find one.
And I wanted a carnelian ring. Goosebumps yet....??? There should be, I am happy and can barely breathe as I am writing this. My angels were gifting me something back for all the giving. And here is the best part. Ladybugs are good luck in life and love. How good can you stand it?
