Everyone is vibrating at their own unique energy pattern based on past life and current life experiences. Everyone has different soul purposes and soul growth.
Just as their are 7 chakras and 9 aura colors (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, White, Gold). People are on different levels of each of these colors.
Some came to enjoy this lifetime with little progress. Some came to do much spiritual progress and have many soul lessons and painful life experiences to cause growth and create detachment to people and compassion for themselves and others. Remember that. It is better not to judge, show compassion, observe the person and move on. It is a better use of your time and your Guides will be grateful you are working your path not causing pain to others.
