Some people have attempted to limit Indigos by time claiming they needed to be born after a certain year. Not true. Indigos or Crystals for that matter are defined by a soul quality, an essence, an aura. Many of the listed characteristics in the much referenced books by Lee Tober and Jan Carroll and Doreen Virtue PhD apply. I felt strongly to clarify this year/time frame issue. It simply is not true. Indigos were born before 1978, just as Crystals came in the 70s,80,90's. They did not have to wait for all the Indigos to be born in order to come down on planet Earth. Crystals merely received much attention when the numbers went up dramatically for them and some commented they were here to create peace after the Indigos cleared old structures with their strength and anger.
