Release all negativity you feel about yourself and others so your life can transform faster. I am seeing this in my life. If you keep repeating your reaction to criticism from loved ones, you risk playing this karmic cycle over and over. Break the cycle and release yourself. Ask the angels and God to help you move forward so that you react differently.
Show love and compassion, what people don't expect and want the most. Stay calm. Stay neutral and leave the situation as soon as possible. Affirm how wonderful, loving, supportive and understanding this person is, in order to create that situation.
