We have 15 min of meditation to clear the old stress and renew with Universal wisdom, love, peace, joy, miracles, guidance, healing, harmony and perfection. Among the things we do are : Meditation/Visualization, Card Readings, Psychometry, Support offered and Received, Past life exploration thru historcal info, and Dream recall. Gem Healing and Energy Healing is shared as well. Intuitive deveolpment is healing.  Research has shown the emotionally intelligent make effective workers, leaders, and group members due to numerous skills they use.
So far, the group has been enthusiastically received and I am quite pleased.  Guiding and nurturing  the younger and spiritually inexperienced in this manner and is rewarding.  The self knowledge and self confidence emerge in refreshing and unique ways.  I firmly believe the more you know about your soul, the more powerful and empowered you feel to use your power.  The more courageous you feel to explore different things in life and ignore the naysayers, ignorant people who may discourage you out of fear or inadequacy.
Empowering people to go further with their Divine Purposes and social roles is my goal in this role. Healthy self esteem is the parent of social responsibility,  activism and humanitarian efforts. I plan to continue this for a long time. Divine resources will manifest and guide the process.
