Some people are having a hard time creating their own. Here are some of my favorites.
Beautiful things are manifesting in my life.
Peace, joy, harmony fill my life.
Love and success fill my world.
I am perfect. The world is perfect. Everyone is healthy. Everyone is happy.
Everyone is wealthy. I am wealthy, wise. Happiness fills my days, minutes, hours.
Serenity fills my body. Miracles and blessings surround me now. Miracles and blessings fill my body, mind and soul.
I am success and joy.
I am peaceful. I am radiant. Love comes easily to me. I expect the best, and I receive it. Divine guidance fills my mind. I now allow myself to live in constant comfort and joy. I now allow my income to constantly increase. Wonderful people and situations surround me now. My career is perfect, my job is perfect. and my colleagues are perfect. Everything works out perfectly. My heart is open to receiving incredible gifts from the universe. I am open to receiving. I am receiving. I am blessed.
"I am" statements are powerful affirmations telling the universe what you are as a core being, an energy consisting of love, success...etc.
I am grateful for all the good in the world and in my life. Thank them for every little thing. This attracts more good, miracles, blessings, synchronicity into your life.

Just a mental note for those on a spiritual path. You may have noticed your life is a continual struggle or uphill battle since 2000. Have faith and continue to smile and persevere dear ones. For some it has been emotional, some physical, some both. The meaning of 2012 is a symbolic rainbow at the end of a rainy day. For in 2012, you will reap your rewards and the battle of sorts will be over. The test of time is done. Many people on a path have commented to me how difficult it has been and I feel strongly there is a timing issue involved for some reason. It is not clear why. But I surrender that need to them.
I merely bring this to your attention to give you some hope that you are not alone struggling in an unending battle. Keep praying, visualizing, affirming a bright future and life. Wonderful relationships and situations will surround you now.

Clients have really appreciated the energy medicine concepts and calling on divine to help with daily struggles. Caroline Myss PhD has a sophisticated system of Energy Medicine that I use. Her concept of soul contracts has resonated with many of my clients.
Doreen Virtue PhD has angel therapy techniques which have proven to be effective and beneficial as my clients feel protected and capable. The idea of positive affirmations is very popular with my clients as well. The best selling book "The Secret" and to practice stating positive future statements like " I have the best friends. I have the best job. My life is perfect". All this has helped them create the life they want and deserve. In a similar vein,  Wayne Dyer PhD's intention work has helped people feel positive.
Lastly, Brian Weiss MD's past life regression caused me to consider and offer past life regression sessions.

A woman came to see me in tears, claiming she had no money and would have to leave her home due to approximately lacking $100 in rent. No family member or friend would loan her money.
We did therapy and discussed faith, which she had little of at this point. I pointed out how miracles happen everyday and expecting one for her could be a viewpoint. I also reminded her abundance can come from unexpected sources in an instant. She agreed. That night, in the nick of time, she received the needed money from another source who discovered the situation.She called me at 9:30pm to tell me this compelling story and I got chills as I realized God stepped in once again.
