The coolest sign of all! Healing, spiritual protection, connection to magic, ability to see the big pattern and connection to guides-this is the meaning of the Eagle!

Everyone dreads starting something new health wise. Luckily meditation is a feel good from the start as you feel peace, calmer and more mature for even attempting it! LOL Joking aside, a client requested some tips so here goes. First, no pressure, the goal is to do a little each day and build to a comfortable length of time. Start off with 5 min once a day, After one week, do 5 min twice a day, once before leaving the house and once before looking at bills. If you wait right before going to bed, you fall asleep.
Second, wear comfortable, loose clothing. Tight clothes make you focus on how uncomfortable you are. If your mind wanders, let it, forgive yourself and come back to the thought of your focus(OM, God, beach, serenity, happiness, a pretty scene as soon as you can). This is not an exercise to beat you up, it  is to recharge your battery and connect to Source energy.
Third, shut the door, cell phone, ask people to give you 5-10 min. Fourth, if you still hear noise, realize the saints in India heard the Tigers and trucks from the town below and still found God. So you will find your peace, guidance, answers and more. Don't give up.
 Fifth, if you are doing this to build a connection to God and not just mindfulness, realize any effort counts. Any devotion, act of love, kindness, thought of divine, gratitude or show of respect is noted and they will appreciate your awareness of them. (God and guides). Never think, oh it wont matter anyway, noone will know, God knows all, sees all and so, everything matters.
Sixth, if you need light music like massage music or classical music to ease you into calming down, go for it. At some point, your mind will request the silence so you can hear your inner voice. Your inner voice is your conscience, your guardian angel, your Higher self and the voice of the Divine. Lastly, try doing meditation several times a day in quick breaks, the habit of going within gives you the edge to go deep when you have lots of time. This is how serious people progress.
After the chatter dies down in your head, ask the questions you have and wait, you will hear, feel, know or see your answer. Your body is a divination tool. It will tell you which way to go on the issue you are concerned with. Be patient, Rome wasnt build in a day nor was St. Francis born that way. The difference between him and us is he never quit. I was lucky enough to own a Passat. The even luckier thing was how I realized my angels were trying to let me know how close they were and what they thought was good for me! Let me explain. It had a sunroof that worked fine for everyone but me. When I was in it, it would inexplicably open without me touching controls and the controls wouldnt close it. I could only close it after saying "Please angels, close it  or I am cold, thank you for letting me know you are there." And it would close. I even took it to the dealership and complained. It worked for them and not for me. One day this happened in front of my friend and when I said aloud my request and it shut, her eyes boggled out wide and she stared at me, I stared ahead driving calmly since I told her and knew she would be out of shock soon. Part of the issue was they wanted me to have more fresh air and be outside more, this was one way to do this at the time. Now I am outdoors more so they have no issues with this!

This AM, I meditated outside and I saw a hummingbird fly near me for 5 min. I realized it meant something. I also got the flashing 07 sign. 7 means your outcome exceeds your expectations and the bird means peace, love and happiness are here! I cant wait for this week!

Many people capture ghosts and angel orbs on photos. I trust many of you have heard of a twin flame, the ultimate of soulmate relationships? Remember you may have many soulmates but one twin flame. One of my Indigo clients reports her twin flame comes thru in photos of her throughout her life. Surprised? You shouldnt be. Divine love or love of a spirit guide, soul partner is special and can come thru in many forms. Some soulmates have visual view of their partner miles away. Others miss them so much they astral project without realizing it and join their soulmate during certain periods of time.
I had both happen to me. I had a boyfriend who was so in tune, he literally thought of me and knew what I was thinking so he never called. The minute I caught on, and asked for privacy, he had to call as he couldnt read me! The second boyfriend astral projected for a long time into my bedroom as  way of keeping an eye  on me. When I realized that I saw how much he felt close to me!

During your shower, picture rainbow light coming down and refreshing you with love and peace. Imagine all pain and limits wash away. This wonderful exercise has resulted in many of my clients telling me angelic experiences during the visualization. I am compiling this into a book.

As a child, I read many stories of the heroes, religious, and political leaders in India. This story left an impression I still can't forget. In India, there was a famous devotee of Lord Krishna/Govinda. Her name was Princess Mirabai. Here is a brief synopsis of her life. As a child, she asked her mother who she would marry and her mother not thinking said "Krishna is your bridegroom" while an older relative was getting married so Mirabai wouldnt feel left out. So everyday young Mirabai dressed the Lord Krishna statue in her palace home and treated him as if he were real and her husband.
When the time came for her actual marriage, she married a man who did not understand her devotion to God. As his family tormented her and prevented her from worship, she left him in the middle of the night. Mira, as she was called, was an excellent musician and sang with a beautiful voice and played the sitar. She approached holy men and chanted worship songs or kirtans nearly all day.
When the husband caught word where she was -he forced her back to the palace. Still she refused traditional royal garb and wore white and essentially renounced her husband in real life. She was always at the local temple, a short distance from the palace. Determined to make her life hell, her sister in law poisoned a drink and offered it to Mira.
Mira left the palace and walked to the temple. Her singing could be heard in the neighboring area. Suddenly a bowl dropped and echo rang in the temple. Sure she was dead and determined to disrespect the dead body, the sister in law ran to the temple. In shock she looked at the open door and heard Mira's voice loudly singing but no body was to be seen! God had removed it out of love and respect for his/her beloved disciple.
